Fine art meets high cuisine at the Anastasia Art Café.  Internationally-acclaimed artist and gourmet-trained Anastasia “The Great” fuses the finest elements of Italian nouvelle cuisine with elements from the Pacific Rim to create something unique.  By taking traditionally European dishes and using low-fat and low-carb ingredients and techniques used in some Asian dishes, Anastasia has developed a style of her own, resulting in a menu that is not only a delight to every sense, but also one that is healthy and nutritious. 
 
Under the tutelage of renowned Italian Master Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, Anastasia discovered the many benefits of cultural fusion in the kitchen, resulting in the constant evolution of food, and therefore a constant evolution in the dining experience.  Of course, dining is about more than eating. It is about entertainment and ultimately discovery.  After a successful run as an owner of the famous Model Agency Club in Rome, Anastasia turned her considerable talents to cuisine and set out to create a new dining experience.  Bound only by her imagination, she began a gastronomic journey to invent her own dishes.  After touring the kitchens of some of the great restaurants of Europe, and consulting with doctors and nutritionists, she fashioned dishes sure to bring the pallet to a healthy resolve.  The result she calls “renaissance cuisine.”  The word “renaissance” means “reborn,” and for certain, Anastasia has reinvented the dining experience to make it fresh and exciting.
 
By day, the Anastasia Art Café is an “enoteca,” serving fine wine by the bottle or by the glass, along with cold plates and pastries.  The café also features premium espresso and cappuccino with 100% Arabica coffee beans directly from Italy.  The backdrop of the café is a gallery of fine art by Anastasia and other artists from around the world.  Some of Anastasia’s most famous paintings and sculptures are now available for the first time ever in reproduction.   Amid the beauty and grandeur of neo-classic art, the café provides the perfect ambiance to talk business, art, or culture – with a friend, colleague … or a beautiful stranger.
 
By night, the café morphs into an elegant fine dining establishment. 
It is a great place to end your day … or start your night.  Anastasia spared no time or expense to ensure a welcome and comfortable atmosphere, even creating a VIP section and sommelier section for special guests.  Every plate is meticulously prepared using only the highest-quality and freshest ingredients.  Signature dishes such as 24-karat gold-plated risotto or green Everglade risotto with alligator are just the beginning of an extensive and exciting menu. The spicy “Viagra di povere” pasta will really get you going, and the signature “Surreal Chocolate Orgasm” dessert is oh, oh. oooooh so… satisfying!   Her artistic and theatrical presentation rounds out every dish.  The entire experience is enhanced by the occasional fashion show by Miami’s top designers, vignettes by performance artists, and servers wearing costumes designed by the Diva, herself.
